These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through nilahgifts.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time. Once an order has entered production (typically within 1 hour of placement), we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Personalisation

You are responsible for the accuracy of all personalisation details submitted. We produce items exactly as entered. We are not liable for errors in personalisation that were submitted incorrectly by the customer.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time of order placement.

Intellectual property

You confirm that any images, text or other content submitted for personalisation are owned by you or that you have permission to use them. NilahGifts accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from customer-submitted content.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
