Important notes
- Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) on a working day are dispatched the same day.
- Because all products are personalised, please allow an extra working day during busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
- We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and most EU countries. International shipping times may vary.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your gift every step of the way.
Returns & exchanges
Because our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your personalisation, please contact us within 14 days at hello@nilahgifts.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
