Track your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

How to track

1. Check your inbox for your dispatch confirmation email from NilahGifts.
2. Click the tracking link in the email, or enter your tracking number on the carrier’s website.
3. If you have a NilahGifts account, you can also view your order status by logging in and visiting My Orders.

Delivery not arrived?

If your estimated delivery date has passed and your order hasn’t arrived, please first check:

• Your tracking link for the latest status update.
• Whether a delivery attempt was made and a card was left.
• Whether the parcel has been left with a neighbour or in a safe place.

If you’re still unable to locate your order, please contact us at hello@nilahgifts.com with your order number and we’ll investigate right away.
